24 x 17cm, 24pp plus pictorial wrappers. Artist’s book consisting of 67 aphorisms, jokes and questions by Martin Kippenberger in English, along with corrections by Gisela Capitain. The book is typically funny like much of Der Kipp’s output.
This copy is unique in that it has a signed, dated and dedication on the front in red felt tip ink that reads: ‘Total onanie (at that time)” along with an arrow pointing to a crumpled bedsheet (suggesting that piece of cloth is sullied by human sperm after masturbation – typically crude of the artist). The signature and part of the arrow are in black ink, the drawing is dated 1994.
