28 x 21 x 4.5cm, printed grey slipcase content of six original (not-reprints) jigsaws on thick card. All in original shrinkwrap plastic. A commissioned work by the Dutch Sky Lines magazine, the jigsaws were given as gifts to passengers.

The collection here was gathered by “Museum in Progress” from unused jigsaws and the slipcase added later. VG+.

 

 

oetti varied his work “Cieli ad alta quota” in six versions which were not only pictured in the in-flight magazine Sky lines. Passengers could ask the stewards for the picture in jigsaw form, which when put together portrayed the picture from “Cieli ad alta qouta” which was in the magazine. The jigsaw puzzles were made the same size as the folding tables in the aeroplane.

One set consists of six limited edition jigsaw puzzles by Alighiero e Boetti in a hand-made cardboard box.
