Announcement and small poster for Ulrichs’ attempt to take his art into space by flying a plane with a smoke attachment and writing his name in the sky “(to sign the universe”). This was an early conceptual artwork created just four days before the artist’s involvement in the Konzeption – Conception», Leverkusen exhibition – one of the key events in the influence of conceptualism. Folded into 6 and crease marks are very apparent but this is a very scarce item indeed. Priced to reflect the creasing.
