DEITCH PROJECTS 2000 – 2008 – A SUBSTANTIAL COLLECTION (92) OF ANNOUNCEMENT CARDS & EXHIBITION ANNOUNCEMENT POSTERS FROM THE NEW YORK GALLERY & OTHER RELEVANT GALLERY PUBLICITY CARDS.

A collection of over 22 announcement cards (all large format, many with unusual designs and formats most designed by the artists) and 63 exhibition posters and seven other relevant gallery publicity items from the important and vanguard NYC Soho Gallery founded by Jeffrey Deitch – a total of 92 separate items from the years 2000 – 2008

Most of the exhibition posters doubled as announcement cards by being folded and mailed out in place of a card to the mailing list, in fact, any particular show was publicised by EITHER a poster announcement OR a card announcement – there are no shows where there was both a card AND a poster available that we know of.

Almost all are printed offset in full colour (most are spectacularly colourful), most cards were 21 x 15cm and most of the posters were 42 x 30cm folded to 21 x 15cm.

Included amongst artists represented here are Vanessa Beecroft, Dash Snow, Barry McGee, Tim Noble & Sue Webster, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Paul McCarthy, Madonna, Chicks on Speed, Faile, Obey Giant, David Salle, Terry Richardson, David LeChappele, Michael Gondry amongst others.
