(in fact pamphlet no. 1) with three texts by Max Shoenfeld, Ken Freedman and Richard Mehl on the Cleveland Rent Strikes when local residents took coordinated action against the local commercial landlords and the sub-standard accommodation they provided. The tenants backed by CORE eventually won. This has some extensive browning to the last page and a closed tear near the staples but else VG.
