21 x 15cm, 4pp outer folder with title printed in ink jet – content of a 18 x 13cm original graphite on transparent paper drawing and paper guard. A conceptual artwork from the Scottish artist where she placed an auditors’ tick anytime she came across the name of someone dead in the death notice columns of the Glasgow Herald. McCrone was a qualified accountant so the use of that mark as a means of tally makes the work more conceptually objective in some sense. Unique work within a series of four different yet similarly themed works.
