21 x 15cm, 4pp, xerox as issued with collaged items (both scotch taped – a piece of inflexible red string in the shape of the letter “&” and a red “glass” adhesive label) internally along with hand-written words “music”, “glass&”, “composer”, “in” and signed. The internal pages making up the title of a work to be performed. The back page indicates the other events and performances which include works by Ben Patterson, Shiomi, Ono, Vautier, Knowles, Brecht, La Monte Young, Williams, Watts, Schmit and Maciunas. Fine and scarce example of period British Fluxus activity.
