20 x 21cm, 1pp – a single sheet of letterhead paper with a design displaying a camera lens on gloss paper along with a black envelope with a die cut hole. Once folded the printed lens on the letterhead can be seen through the hole on the envelope and adhered to the outside of the envelope is a circular white sticker for the address to be written on. An ornate piece of design by the pope of Fluxus. Rare and in near fine condition with all elements present.
