Paris: Les editions de la main a plume (Arnauld), n.d. (circa 1941)
24.8 x 18.4cm, 1pp leaflet printed black on blue (one of only 40 issued in such a manner aside from 10 on Lafume and 350 on white offset) which is the second of the tracts published by the only well-organised Surrealist group under the Nazi occupation in an effort by the to keep the faith.
This is unusually signed in pen in the margins by the six main protagonists of the group – Arnaud, Chabrun, J.V.Manuel, Marc Patin, Jean Hoyaux and Paul Chancel (pseudonym of Adolph Acker later co-founder of Contre-Attaque). Rare and in near fine condition.
