18 x 15cm, 4pp 2 colour silkscreen Xmas card in a numbered edition of 400 copies. The poem is a lovely simple visual joke – a stave line is printed with three musical notes which if examined closely spell out dog – and the circles of the semi-quavers are coloured blue – thus the title. Inscribed “For Michael, bp, Ellie & Sarah&”. bpnichol was, of course, Canada’s foremost visual poet until his death in 1988. Fine.
