Two part cardboard box with label content of a standard 12 inch LP with one side with 4 musical works by Jonathan Meese and the second half by Kommissar Hjuler und Mama Baer. There is also a unprinted sleeve with two mounted dia slides of a pornographic model wearing white lingerie. The box also contains a pair of white stockings and a white basque that looks like the clothing worn by the model. This is a unique issue and is numebred 1/0 and signed in black and pink ink by the artists.
