NOWHERE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE/SOMEWHERE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. 1990.

Two offset lithogrpahic posters – both 73.7 × 58.4cm – one with the text “Nowhere Better Than This Place” and the other “Somewhere Better Than This Place” both vintage from 1990 (on thick paper not a later reprint). Two of the conceptual artist’s most famous take away works exhibited as large white stacks of paper at the Andrea Rosen Gallery in New York City. The artist directed that the stacks be endlessly replenished, as viewers were encouraged to take sheets of the paper home with them.
These examples are both heavily folded several times for storage and there are some slight grubby marks to the white paper but these are very scarce items indeed.
