20 x 15cm, 32pp plus black stiff wrappers. An exhibition catalogue for a show of Paolozzi’s pop-influenced sculptures in metal. The works are the first in a series of "tube-like shapes" that the artist was to develop throughout his life – and are displayed in a wonderful small, well designed book by the Gallery (as are all their publications of this period). Twenty-four b/w reproductions of works and of the artist, one serigraph in colours and working and extensive publication/exhibition lists – all on high gloss paper adding to the modern pop feel of the catalogue. Very good.
