Short monograph on the early work o Gianni Bertini who initially identified as a supporter of art nuclear but later became close to Pierre Restany and the nouveau realistes although Bertini refused to sign the latter’s defining manifesto as written by his friend Restany. The text byLambert is taken from an article in Mercure de France and has six b/w plates hors text of works and portraits of the artist (including his shocking “Le Striptease poetique”). Some light marking to the white outer wrappers else VG+.
