22 x 27.5 cm. first edition of this surrealist tract which quotes the French revolutionary Saint-Just as an introduction to a text by Marien: “Pie l’obscur sur la seconde”; which is an attack on the Vatican and clericalism in general. In fact here Marien calls the Pope “public enemy number one”. The photomontage of a Jesus statue on top of a naked woman is by Magritte.  Folded twice but otherwise very good.
