First edition of this fourth book by the gifted teenage Surrealist (she was 16 at the time) as accompanied by a superb frontispiece designed by Bellmer.

This represents one of the latter’s earliest contributions to a Surrealist  bookwork. This example is number 125 from a total issue of some 205 + a handful of hors commerce  examples.  This copy additionally has a lengthy dedication on the half-title from Prassinos. Fine estate. Rare.
