Istanbul: The British Council, 1998
21 x 15cm, unpaginated (c. 48pp) plus card covers. Artist book where Kay recreates the entire output of Shakespeare from memory. She knows nothing of the Merry Wives of Windsor but is remarkably cognicent of Romeo and Juliet. Of course it is the gaps and the mistakes that are interesting in Kay’s work. There is a Turkish translation of the text at the back of the book. Scarce. Fine.
