10.8 x 14cm, 2pp original vintage announcement card with a b/w image of one of the artist’s breakthrough silhouette works on the front, verso gallery details. The SIlueta Series of works blended performance with land art where the artist made outlines of a female form (often her own) using a variety of methods including fire and explosions (as can be seen here). AIR Gallery was a collective artist run space that promoted many of the female/feminist artists at at time where they were mostly ignored by the general art world. This is a mailed example which has an address label to the galleriest Eve Sonneman and has a stamp and franking but overall VG+. Rare.
