This small book has a text by Merz considering space and photographs of various tables arranged as per Merz’s instructions to create spaces for 88 people (“One can build a table for 88 people. One must be sure that the number of people stops at 88. The number of people grows like a bunch of grapes, not one by one. For that reason it cannot stop. I reject linear one by one, or assembly line fabrication of spaces”) Fine condition.
