Piper placed three stands in the museum where visitors could sign a contract to promise that their personal behaviour would be more decent and moral in the following areas: “I will always be too expensive to buy”,”I will always mean what I say” and “I will always do what I say I am going to do”.  In some ways an artist’s book from perhaps art’s conscience.
