Syracuse: Everson Museum of Art, 1971
46 x 30.5cm, 8pp. The ornately designed exhibition catalogue in the form of a tabloid broadside content of various collaged reproduced newspaper cuttings and cartoons relating to Ono and a full sheet b/w facial portrait. The outer cover of the publication is a specially designed poster comprising the title text made up of letter-forms with Lennon and Ono’s faces staring out from them. The design of the brochure is usually credited to John Lennon and Peter Bendry. This is as fine an example of this scarce item we have ever seen: copies of the poster cover and the internal pages are sometimes found sold separately thanks to greedy dealers splitting them up – here all elements are intact.
