TROPHIES. 125 TWO-HANDED SPEEDY DRAWINGS. 1979. ONE OF 200 DELUXE COPIES WITH A SIGNED ORIGINAL TWO-HANDED SPEEDY DRAWING.

25.1 x 18.8cm, unpaginated (c. 250pp) plus card covers and two dustwrappers – one displaying Roth making one of the speedy drawings and underneath a second dust jacket for Emmett William’s “The boy and the bird”. Every page is printed on a bright yellow florescent background apart from the card covers.

At the back cover there is an original hand-drawn work – Trophy – a speedy two-handed drawing where Roth uses both hands at once to create a “mirror” drawing which appears to be self-portrait of the artist. It is signed at the bottom and dated 1979. The book additioonally is signed and numbered from the edition of 200 copies on the first blank page. VG+. Unique thus.
