15 x 11cm, unique drawing with ballpoint pen and coloured pencil on cardboard. One of a series of such works made by Brouabre which are usually interpreted as an attempt to document his experience of the world around him in an encyclopaedic manner. The image shows the head of the family (male) with his wife.

The work is signed and dated in black ink on the reverse. The card used by the artist was usually salvaged from commercial packaging. Very slightly grubby on the reverse from fingerprints but else VG+. Gorgeous. Unique.
