AMBER SNAIL (Nr 8). 2008. UNIQUE MULTIMEDIA WORK.

27 x 21cm,  handmade paper (partially painted) and glued on found objects such as a torn glove, cloth/thread A unique work made by Knowles and exhibited in Genoa in 2008. A rather lovely mixed-media work. Unsigned but with a certificate from the curator Caterina Gualco however the glove has the word AMBER stamped on it in red ink and the word “SNAIL” in bleu ink as written by Knowles and Nr 8 also rubber stamped – this was one of a number (c.10) different works made by Knowles for a solo exhibition in Italy. Unframed in VG+ condition.
