UNTITLED (ONE EINDHOVEN FOOT OF ROPE). 2005.

One Eindhoven foot of heavy rope, one 4 x 10cm, 1pp instruction leaflet and a 1pp shop receipt. A “do it yourself” object multiple where Brouwn indicated that rope and other items would be for sale in the de Spijker Hardware shop for the period of the exhibition. A time limited multiple  the receipt here shows that the rope was purchased from the shop as instructed by Brouwn. Impossible to know how many such items were released but one guesses not too many as the trek to the shop was somewhat time-consuming after visiting the exhibition.
