10.5 x 15cm, 6pp folded card housing an electronic mechanism that plays a sliding scale when the card is opened. The ascending sound is intended to be used in an elevator when the lift goes up or down (as per the instructions for the Work numbered 375. This is in VG+ condition but the watch battery has been removed to stop any possible damage to the card through leaking – it would easy to replace. Unlimited edition supposedly but not really. Hard to find.
