This was one of Ben's most important Fluxus works issued as his argument that his signature was enough to indicate something was art. This was a mailed example (although no stamp or franking) tp a Mr Pei Chen Owyang in NYC. VG+. Scarce.

20.5 x 18cm, 4pp musical score for a French song by J & J Mediner and lyrics by Max Francis: "Au Son Des Castagnettes". This was a found object by Ben.

The work is intended to be performed ideally after music by Stravinsky, Boulez, Ravel, Debussy, and before works by Cage, Earle Brown, Bussotti, or Feldmann hence placing it between classical and much more contemp9orary "new music". Very slight tear top right to the score and some browning to the typed paper else VG+. Unique thus.

Two hand cut adhesive labels which Ban used in various posters and works - printed on a larger sheet and then cut with scissors. Similar examples can be found on various items from the artist in the period to publicise a happening event. The texts are 'Vous avez trouve/"Quelquechose"' and "Quelquechose"' /A l'artistique/27 Bd Dubouchage/Le 27 Mars a 20H.30 - prix 3F". Slight browning to the second label else apart from the uneven cuts made by the scissors both are in VG condition.

Price is for both together.
