London: s.p. (Paolozzi), 1991

24 x 16 x 1.2cm, original vintage plaster mould made by Paolozzi as a gestural gift to a friend. The scene of a dominatrix whipping an imploring slave in front of the landscape of Canary Wharf is an unusual one for the artist. The work is covered in fingerprints on the back and is signed, titled, dated in blue pen by the artist.

Unique and in original handmade wooden presentation box with a hinged lid. While there are small imperfections in the plaster mould that is the original condition gifted by Paolozzi to a friend "Simon".

17 x 8 x 2cm, found book (Le Blocus by Erckmann Chatrian) which has been deliberately and extensively (perhaps 40% of the original book remains) burnt by Latham and then a four pages in the middle of the book painted in red and orange.
A unique sculptural bookwork by Latham - made in 1959 - and is one of the artist's first SKOOBS (books backwards) that he later became well known for.
There is some dried white plaster on the back cover which may suggest this was mounted somewhere at some point but else it is as it is.
Early Skoobs are extremely hard to find and all are important objects in the history of conceptual art.

Berlin: Artikel-Editionen, 2000

44 x 33 x 10 cm, leather briefcase with carious documents internally. This ornate object multiple is designed to take all of the effort out of illegal dealings and money laundering - the case (which would be useful for filling with cash) contains a Zurich letter box address and new alias for the owner in a sealed envelope, an original editioned card with Patterson's portrait photo by Rainer Schmidt and a leather suitcase tag with label which is signed and numbered by Patterson in an edition of only 33 copies.

Patterson suggests this is a 'performance score' to be completed by the owner. So now you have an excuse for your illegal money laundering activities - it is ART.

The number that opens the case corresponds to the copy number of the edition.

All elements fine in like case. Purchasers should send us 10% of all income from the use of this item else we will grass you up.

60 x 30 x 30cm approx plush fabric, stuffing and cord. A unique work by the artist which has taken the form of a stuffed, soft sculpture of a woman's breast (isolated, detached, alone) standing (?) proud on a pillow - the whole to be hung from the ceiling by 4 cords. Colourful and visually striking, an unique work displaying hints of a revisit to Messager's earlier books on the torture of women as well as the potential alienation by society of overt female sexuality. Unsigned by the artist however full provenance is available. Fine estate apart from a very small hole on the underside of the base of the "pillow”. Full provenance available.
