24 x 16.5cm, 32pp plus pictorial covers. Artist’s book documenting the take over of De Appel by Reindeer Werk for five days. Reindeer Werk” was the working name of Tom Puckey and Dirk Larsen and according to Jan van Raay in ARTZIEN “installed themselves in De Appel for five days and nights (31 October – 4 November). They brought with them 16 beds, 29 kilos of malt syrup, a sack of malt, bread, lemons and butter. People were invited to “be” with them. To co-exist in the same time and space. There were no rules. There were no plans. Participants could come and go as they pleased.”. B/w photographs throughout and text mostly in Dutch. VG+.
