22 x 14cm, 694pp. Original wrappers. First edition of this epic saga by Doblin. A traveller’s companion of sorts to the author’s masterpiece ‘Berlin Alexanderplatz’. Some minor wear to wrappers including some creases to the thick spine which threaten the binding (this is a thick book) a little and minor paper loss top and bottom of the front edges however this is a very scarce work from Doblin’s period in exile.
