22.7 x 14.5cm, 380pp. Original wrappers. The first edition despite the fictive mention of the 14th printing on the cover (and not the reissue with photos of 1943) of this notorious anti-semitic rant by Celine who was sent to jail for being the author of this outrage.
In France the book was still illegal to sell until 2011.
The book’s wrappers are a bit tired and dirty but perhaps appropriately so given the content.
