]10.5 x 15cm, 2pp digitally printed postcard with one side laminated. The card has the text FILL IN THE BLANKS on the front and verso a form to fill in requesting the sender and recepient to note their names and the day on which the card was sent.

Two options are available – one card with the form partially filled in by Paul Robertson and the day of sending or a second card in unprinted envelope which you can send to someone and fill in the form.
