Two 28 x 21cm, 1pp black on white offset sheets stapled together. A Flux Newsletter circulated by Maciunas to friends and others which reproduces two letters, the first to The Attorney General of New York complaining about harassment on his work on 80 Wooster Street and 141 Wooster Street (where Maciunas had built the first SoHo lofts). The second letter is to Lawrence F. Ravetz, the Deputy Assistant Attorney General of New York also is a humorous retort to an investigation by the DAAG into Maciunas’ activities. The latter suggests alternative telephone numbers to his own to also be harassed.
