£495.00

Prague: F J Muller, 1935

21 x 14.5cm, 148pp. Boards with gold embossed leather on spine. First edition of this Czech translation from the French (by M. Hlavaka, Nezval and B. Vanicek) which was published to coincide with Breton’s visit to the Czech capital.

Frontispiece portrait by Picasso with other illustrations by Sima. Near fine apart from a small spot on spine. We do not know if a dust jacket was issued for this book or not (on contemplation probably not) but it is still a very scarce item nonetheless.
