A single sheet handed out at the artist’s exhibition in the Aachen gallery where he proposes that the European peoples “begin exchanging their respective war memorials.” thus sealing “the reconsiliaiton of the nations of Europe”. and “as for those countries, which nowadays are thinking fo going to war, they could consider exchanging their war memorials before and instead of making it.” Tatty with handling creases but a scarce and ephemeral item.
