29 x 37cm, original paper on cartridge paper collage with a drawn 3-d cube over which the artist has roughly torn shapes to fill the surfaces from blue and black papers and added the word “in” taken from a publication.
A unique work by the visual poet who was part of the “Tam Tam” grouping that also included Adriano Spatola and Giulia Niccolai.
The work has previously been framed and there are handling creases along the top that can be seen from the front, on the blank reverse there are surface tears from the previous gluing of the work but these are not apparent from the front.
Signed, dated and titled by Costa in pencil on the bottom of the work – he has also added an upside down “53” in pencil on the front. Unique.
