76 x 52cm, brown on one sided high gloss paper. The publicity poster for a series of musical events including Kwaidan (three Japanese ghost stories) by Takemitsu, a live concert of the composer’s music, a concert of Tibetan religious music (no date announced) and a concert by Stockhausen. The design is a large image of Takemitsu along the top of the poster and a short text in large typography below. A scarce item relating to the avant garde musician, writer on aesthetics and founder member of Jikken Kobo (experimental workshop). Very good condition with very minor browning along edges and four small pin-holes at corners where it has been hung in its past history.
