58 x 2 x 2 cm, wooden stick with a keyring attached by a chain – the image on the keyring is a photograph of the artist’s pal Richard von Weizsäcker’.
This is one of 100 numbered examples (80 + 20) signed and dated in pencil on the stick.
Kippenberger had von Weizsäcker’s head carved into a bust from a photo, photographed it, and made the key ring from the images. Reference: Kippenberger Multiples Nr 40.
In VG+ condition although the cutting of the end of the stick is not perfect (as issued ).
