56 x 44.5cm, b/w offset lithographic poster for this film about Lenny Bruce’s life and work – the event hosted by independent filmmaker Jonas Mekas as a fundraiser for the Film-Makers’ Fund, established by Mekas’ organisation the Film-Makers Cinemateque. Bruce had died only the year before.
The poster was designed by George Maciunas for Mekas and has the latter’s obvious typography. Very scarce. In VG+ condition.
