Lacomblez Edda was a journal mostly close to late period surrealism (with links to the Phases Group) but not too far away from Cobra either. Contributions by Broodthaers (a poem ‘Le jardin de la prison’ in Nr 2 in advance of his self-recreation as artist rather than poet), Corneille, Joostens, Seuphor, Schuster, Hausmann, Alechinsky, Bryen, Lebel, Bertini, Lam, Dax, Klapheck, Mesens and reproductions after Baj, Corneille, Tajiri, Klaphek, Breton, Servranckx and many others.
