Heidelberg: Edition Staeck, 1975
84 x 60cm, yellow and black duotone lithographic poster showing Prof. Carstens (a CDU politician) who attacked Heinrich Boll for writing a novel under the name of Katharina Blum which supported terrorism. Only Blum had not done that but had written a novel about a woman called Katharina Blum (The Lost Honour of Katharina Blum) who was mistaken for a terrorist and punished both by the state and the general public. Staeck shows Cartsen’s stupidty by the photomontage of him riding on a cow (a favourite Staeck image). VG+.
