26 x 20.5cm. 2pp. An unfolded copy of the exhibition catalogue for the painter with two lengthy original texts both with the same title – one by Breton and the other by Estienne. The texts are on the general approach to art and Breton’s essay reconsiders automatism many years after his initial experiments in the 1920s. Some wear and tear to edges but an important late text, otherwise very good.
