A single number of this revue which is dedicated to a consideration of the role of drugs in the French capital and with some consideration of the use of such stimulants by working artists – collated articles by Arnold, Michaux, Hutin, Wilson, Villeneuve and others with the subject covered in some considerable depth. One of the very first such treatments of the subject in France and done with an objectivity that could be much learnt from in the current hysteria running in the UK regarding a drug policy which flies in the face of logic and is motivated by a rabid press campaign from the unthinking right. Fine and an important publication.<br /
