UNTITLED (SHOE). 1978. UNIQUE WORK.

39 x 27 x 10cm (approx) appropriated sandal mounted on thick wooden board and a further wooden block on the back (presumably for hanging). A late Fluxus work and readymade from Alison Knowles created as part of a series of similar found works in 1978 but not exhibited until 2002. Unsigned but is accompanied by a certificate from Caterina Gualco who was the curator of the later show and close friend of Knowles. VG+ condition. Unique work.
