30 x 22cm, 290pp plus wrappers. A single issue of this art and design magazine which has a 4pp interview with Boltanski on the eve of his first London exhibition for many years. There is a full page colour portrait of the artist and images in his studio.
The cover is a special design by Boltanski for the magazine which overlaps eyes from a face onto his light-bulb installation "Depart". VG+.

15 x 10.4cm, 20pp plus card covers. Exhibition catalogue for the large scale exhibition (one in a series) that were curated by Boltanski and Hans Ulrich Obrist where visitors could take artworks away (much like Boltanski's Dispersion installations). texts in Enlgish and Italian, one b/w image of Boltanski's contribution - Dispersion but from the first of the shows in London in 1995. Another double page colour image of the Felix Gonzalez Torres"Untitled (revenge)". VG+.

Milano: Pirelli HangarBicocca, 2017
50 x 46cm, printed brown paper bag with string handles. Boltanski organised along with Hans Ulrich Obrist a series of TAKE ME I’M YOURS exhibitions (beginning in 1995 at the Serpentine Gallery, London) where the artworks could be taken away by visitors. Boltanski often created “Dispersions” – piles of second hand clothing that anyone was welcome to put into the specially printed bags (of which this is one example) and take home. This was a second such installation - previously in Paris - the bags however differed slightly from each other in the texts but the designed was the same . Theoretically an unlimited edition but time limited. This example is in VG+ condition but folded twice for storage.

Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2017
22.5 x 14.3cm, 232pp plus boards and dust jacket. A novel by Botlanski's son heavily based on the story of the "Bolts" a family in Saint-Germain where the Jewish father had to go into hiding to avoid the nazis for several years. The book is obviously (and openly) based on the real life story of the Boltanski family). Near fine.

Bologna: Teatro Arena del Sole, 2017 14.6 x 10.5cm, 2pp full colour announcement card with an installation view on the front, verso gallery details. The title translates to "SOULS. FROM PLACE TO PLACE". A music and visual installation which was related to the artist's permanent installation in the city to commemorate the Air Itavia crash of 1980. This example of the card is signed in blue felt tipped pen by the artist. VG+....

Bologna: MAMBO, 2017 10.5 x 15cm, 2pp announcement card for a special programme of events in Bologna which included installations and billboard presentations. One such installation work by Boltanski "animitas (blanc) from is reproduced on the front. VG+. ...

Tokyo: Metropolitan Teien Art Museum, 2016
30 x 19cm, 124pp plus card covers and printed pictorial dust-jacket. Exhibition catalogue for a major Japanese show with many colour images of the exhibition and in particular a major shadow play work and several videos of public installations. Printed on various paper stocks (some transparent) there are also interviews in Japanese and English. VG+.
This copy is signed in black ink on the inner dust-jacket by Boltanski.

The exhibition catalogue for the major exhibition curated by Boltanski and Olbrist which was based on their original show in the Serpentine Gallery, London in 2007.  The exhibition was based on the idea that the artists would give works to the attendees for free to take away. Included works by Gilbert and George, Douglas Gordon, Boltanski, Hans-Peter Feldmann, Lawrence Weiner, Jeremy Deller and others. B/w images of installations and texts in French and English. VG+. Paris: Dilecta Editions, 2015
30 x 22cm, 64pp plus card covers. Additionally there are seven 30 x 22cm, 1pp sheets of adhesive stickers with one work by each of the participating artists. The exhibition catalogue of a exhibition curated by Hans Ulrich Obrist and Christian Boltanski at the Monnaie de Paris where all of the works were available for the visitors to take home (at least in part). Boltanski's contribution was a dispersion of second hand clothing in printed paper bags.
Other artists included James Lee Byars, Gilbert & George, Jeremy Deller, Hans-Peter Feldmann, Douglas Gordon, Carsten Holler, Jonathan Horowitz, Gustav Metzger, Philippe Parreno, Yoko Ono and others.
The catalogue also acted as a sticker album - the colour stickers on the sheets being expected to be peeled off and places in the correct space in the book. This copy retains all of the stickers on the original sheets and is VG+.
